Induction Cooktop :

To turn it on Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the number "0" appears on both burners. A short beep will sound.

Selecting the burner and adjusting the power:

Once the cooktop is turned on, select the burner you want to use and adjust the power using the + or - buttons.

The buttons on the right control the burner closest to you.

The buttons on the left control the burner farthest from you.

To turn off :

To turn off a burner : Set the power to 0 by pressing the - button. 

To turn off the entire cooktop : Press and hold the ON/OFF button.

Note : 

The induction cooktop works by generating an electromagnetic field that produces heat directly at the bottom of the pan or pot. Unlike other types of cooktops, the surface of the cooktop itself does not heat up (except for residual heat from the cookware). This allows for rapid heating, precise cooking, and increased safety, as the cooking area cools down quickly after use. To function properly, it is necessary to use cookware that is compatible with induction, meaning it must have a ferromagnetic base.
